1. HR NOTES: This program is being developed to assist managers and human resource departments with reporting and record keeping of actions, reprimands and warnings given to an employee. Managers will be able to update information in real time as well as print recorded activity and final reports. Being web-based, it can be easily accessed by mangers and HR personnel at any time, from almost anywhere.

2. Internal Call Tracker: This program is being developed for a call center. It is designed to track and trend the types of calls received by the phone representatives. The phone type menu can be manipulated in real time as well as provide accurate, up to the minute stats using pie charts, graphs and pdfs.

3. EAP counseling sessions: This program is being developed to assist our client with tracking and billing reports for counseling sessions. Because it is web-based, it is accessible to both internal and external contractors (coaches) and clients. This program will provide real time reporting of counseling history as well as billing / payment.
