b)      Online Education - Our online educational component provides the foundation for our total educational solution for your organization. Your individual employees simply sign on at our website, and progress through the curriculum at their own pace. They also have access to that information for up to a year for continuing reference.

c)      Classroom Instruction - Our classroom experience is interactive and informative. Half-day or full-day classes are tailored to your organizational needs. Usually, one class is conducted per topic for 6 to 8 weeks. An added benefit to your organization is that participants help support one another during and after the classroom experience, improving team cohesion and performance.

d)      Executive Coaching - Implementing new concepts and processes into the workplace is the role of Executive Coaching. Our coach meets with your employee individually one time per week, three times per month for at least three months. This schedule helps ensure your employee integrates their newly learned skills into the workplace successfully.
