OUTPLACEMENT

Our counselors are professionally trained to support your management and employees during times of challenge and crisis. Our process for helping you help the people you must outplace includes the following steps to support you and your employees:
1. Visit with you to develop the outplacement plan and schedule persons to meet with our counselors at our office.
2. Meet individually with your people to help them work through the grieving and anger process, refocus on a new beginning by determining vocational strengths, behavioral styles and career objectives.
3. Help persons develop targeted resumes, develop a networking strategy and develop a contact plan of action.
4. Meet regularly with persons individually and in small groups for guidance and support for a period of time determined by you.
