Tech Support

We provide the assistance you need to get your devices up and running including:

  • Help setting up your new laptop, desktop, software, tablet or mobile phone
  • Troubleshooting issues or virus and mal-ware removal
  • Some hardware repairs

Support is available by appointment in our office in Whittier. Home/office services calls are available in Swain and Jackson counties. Remote assistance is available by phone, video chat and remote desktop support utilities. Support cost is $70/hr. Home/office services calls (away from our office) require a 1hr minimum and a trip charge may be incurred for travel.

Custom Software

Do you need an advanced or complex website, web portal or custom database or tracking solution? We develop database-driven, web-based software with custom user interfaces.

We have created custom inventory management, billing, work order tracking, employment information, customer portal databases and more for our clients. Access your information from anywhere and get additional features and custom reports as needed.

Web Services

Affordable website and web-hosting services are at your fingertips including custom email addresses. We even provide web-master services to keep your site updated as you need it.

We build websites on the powerful and flexible WordPress platform. We have a variety of premium themes (templates).

Basic Websites start at just $1,500.
We use a premium, flexible template to build your site with your input and images. While this option is available for basic, starter websites, it does not include a mockup and graphics from an experienced graphic designer.

Preferred Websites start at $2,500.
We work with professional designers to mock-up the graphics for your new site ($500/+). Then we work with you on the content/structure ($500/+), and we build the site accordingly ($1500/+).

With either option, we help you set up an affordable hosting solution that may include custom email addresses with a reputable service provider and a control panel that you can access.

Webmaster services for help updating your website or assistance with your hosting service are also available “a la cart” for as little as $40 per 1/2 hour for remote support.
